Leo Kramer

Mr. Kramer has participated in various special trade missions of the U.S. Secretaries of
Commerce. He was appointed by President Ronald Reagan and others to special missions,
and by Vice-President Al Gore as amember of Builders for Peace whose objective was to
help foster economic growth in Gaza and the West Bank.

Through his broad experience in government, commerce and industry, Mr. Kramer has
become a respected friend and advisor to government officials and business leaders
throughout the world. His services have produced valued results for corporate clients
and governments.

His philosophy is to deliver practical results with the highest standards of professionalism
and integrity.

With industrial clients increasingly seeking new and extended export markets, Mr. Kramer
has successfully identified and solicited potential customers, and prepared marketing
approaches for a variety of products from consumer goods to industrial equipment. 

Mr. Kramer was trained in economics at Harvard and Oxford Universities. He was an
associate of the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard and, as a Fulbright
Scholar, a member of the Senior Commons Room at Nuffield College, Oxford.

Mr. Kramer has been appointed as a member of the UK National Committee for the
International Year for the Culture of Peace of the UN Association of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland and also named as a Patron of the Year.

Mr. Kramer has been an Advisor to the Director General of UNESCO (United Nations
Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) Paris. He was elected Trustee of the
AMAR International Charitable Foundation in London and is President of the Foundation for
Applied Research, a non-profit organization in Washington. He was named Congressional
(U.S.) Advisor to the Rapporteur for Romania for the European Parliament.

Mr. Kramer was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Institute of World Affairs (IWA)
in Washington, DC.He is also a member of the Board of the AYALA Project in Bar-Ilan
University in Ramat-Gan, Israel.

Mr. Kramer's foundation, FAR, of which he is the President, is a member of ALLMEP
(Alliance for Middle East Peace), a coalition of 38 non-governmental organizations
(NGOs) who promote co-existence.
